All sales orders are final. However, cancellation only allowed if your order has not been shipped. However, we will refund you your purchase amount less an administration fee of $10.70 (incl GST).
If your order has been shipped and received a tracking number, cancellation is not allowed.
We do not accept cancellations of selected items within an order. The order must be cancelled, and a new order has to be made.
Return/ Exchange of products can be arranged if the Product is expired; or the wrong Product which is different from the Order is delivered.
We will checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
If the conditions of Return and Refund Policy have been fulfilled, refund will be made and we will reimburse to you of its courier charges for returning of the Products to us provided always that the courier payment slip is furnished to us upon seeking refund.
You shall return the Products to NSP’s office of the aforesaid Products unused and in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it is first delivered to the Customer together with the proof of Order, payment and delivery of the Products.
NSP will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
You will be informed by email that the refund process has been initiated. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 14 days after the confirmation.
The refund will be credited to your bank account provided the ACCOUNT HOLDER NAME MUST BE EXACTLY SAME WITH THE USER REGISTERED NAME.
