Personal Health Record Function

Nutricious emphasises that healthcare is more than a regular health check. In addition to providing safe and essential nutrients for the human body, Nutricious hopes to work with you to observe the gradual changes of your body in your daily life, review your physical health indicators, and always keep track of your health status. Likewise, during health consultation, customers can provide their own health examination data, so Nutricious can accurately assess their health conditions and provide the corresponding personalised health management solutions.

Therefore, Nutricious keeps records of our members personal Health Tips, which includes:

Blood pressure: When your heart beats, blood is pumped into the blood vessels and transported to all parts of the body. Blood pressure (BP) refers to the lateral pressure of blood in a blood vessel against the wall of an artery (a type of blood vessel). When the blood pressure exceeds the normal range, a person is said to have high blood pressure, also called hypertension. On the other hand, an individual may also have low blood pressure, also known as hypotension.

Blood sugar: Blood sugar is the amount of glucose in the blood. Glucose is an essential and necessary energy source for the body. Carbohydrates and various sugars in food enter the blood after digestion and absorption and become glucose or blood sugar. The glucose then travels throughout the body via the bloodstream for use by tissues. When the blood sugar level is high, the condition is known as hyperglycemia, which is a defining characteristic of diabetes.

Weight/BMI: The body mass index is one of the important indicators to reflect and measure a persons health. Having a balanced weight is essential to healthy living. BMI refers to the body mass index, which is a standard tool for assessing the ratio of weight to height. It mainly measures whether you are overweight from a health perspective and whether you are at risk of chronic diseases caused by obesity.

Water intake: Drinking water is how a person intakes fluid through the oral cavity, and the human body consumes about 2 litres of fluid through the oral cavity every day. Water is mainly absorbed in the small intestine. After entering the human body, water is primarily used to replenish intracellular and extracellular fluids and participate in various physiological activities inside the human body. Therefore, drinking water is an integral part of maintaining the metabolism of the living body.
